[kiosk-linux] Add global CTRL+ALT hotkeys for @ and €
Most people are used to Windows key bindings which differ from UNIX key bindings in multiple ways.
For instance, on Windows systems users can enter '@' and '€' by pressing CTRL+ALT+Q and CTRL+ALT+E respectively, instead of using R_ALT+Q/E which works on UNIX systems as well.
Assigning global hotkeys on our kiosk machines for these key combinations that simulate Windows' behavior would make it easier for less computer-savvy users.
