Linking to elements in sources

The linking mechanisms must be reworked because of distinction between page and measure based views. Links to pages and unspecific areas on pages should be forwarded to page based view, links to one or more measure to measure based view. We need to make sure that successional measures in multi links are handled together (e.g. annotation participants).
