Resizing annotation window after resizing contentBox/metaBox

Resizing vertically the contentBox/metaBox in annotation windows "freezes" the line wrap of contentBox when resizing the annotation window.

The splitter used between the content and meta box deletes the flex attributes of the boxes and sets fixed width. You need to adjust these settings after the window is resized.
