Fix rendering of measure nos for multiRests

Dennis Ried requested to merge fix/annotationPreviewLabel into develop

If an annotated measure contains a mei:multiRest the measure number must be rendered as range (e.g. 1-11). This PR closes #266 (closed) and fixes that.
